About Me
IMG_20190609_122852.jpg

I consider education to be the single most important element of a society. It makes or breaks the backbone of civilization. My career goals are to teach students lessons they will use for the rest of their lives, earn my Ph.D. and eventually teach at the university level.

Philosophy

I believe education should be interdisciplinary and global. Teachers should incorporate cross-curricular learning into every possible lesson. I believe games are essential to learning because they pair intrinsic motivation with competition and fun.

I am an energetic and motivated teacher from East Stroudsburg. I have a passion for literacy, history, and art. I am a highly educated Penn State graduate who has brought my love of literature to locations all over the world, including Bulgaria, London, and China. I believe firmly in interdisciplinary study and the need for lessons as diverse as our students. I believe all teachers can improve each other through cooperation and communication.
